Due to the success of the trial period there are now 12 Housing Associations and Co-ops advertising through EH Your Key to Choice. Do I have the right to buy? In the majority of circumstances if you accept a Housing Association or Co-Op property you will not have the right to buy your home. If you require further information on your right to buy eligibility it is important that you discuss this with the Housing Association before you sign your new tenancy agreement.
