There are no monthly taxes or fees on the NetCo service at this time. We will not be adding any additional charges unless changes in external regulations require us to. Will my NetCo service work during a power outage? It depends. If during a power outage your broadband connection will be inoperable therefore you will not be able to make or receive calls with your NetCo service. Depending on your service you may be able to keep your Internet connection online with battery backup (UPS). In that case you would still be able to use the phone while the battery lasts.
