No, you pay just for the minutes you use for international calls (the rate charged depends on the country called) and a flat fee of 69 cents for directory assistance calls. No other fees apply. Many of our competitors advertise low rates but use tricks, surcharges and hidden fees to increase their profit margin. This is not the case with Cellular International.
