That depends. By the strict definitions of what you’ve asked, not that I’m aware of. The definition of monotheism is the belief in only one deity. I am not aware of any religion that has belief in only one deity and that deity is worshiped as a female deity. But there are many religions I am not aware of. There are however religions that believe in the existence of many gods, but only worship one – this is called henotheism. There is Goddess Worship in several different forms (you’ll often hear of Dianic Wicca). There are many under these religions that are henotheistic and the deity that they worship (some prefer the word honor) is female. So if you mean religions that believe in more than one deity, but worship only one, then I would say the answer to your question is yes.
