Are there any Mexican legends about vampires?

I don’t think there are any authentic Mexican legends about vampires, as we think of them. The vampire legends told here I think are mostly translations from European stories. However, the Aztecs believed in a vampire-like creature, called Civatateo, which attacked at night, mostly children. There’s also the more recent urban legend about a creature that devoured all the blood in farm animals, called Chupacabras, also said to be originated in Puerto Rico, you might want to google those two. As for genuine Mexican legends, even if not about vampires: http://www.elbalero.gob.mx/kids/about/ht… I hope this helps.
