Are there any medical differences between people of different ethnicitys?

I measure the density of bones as part of my job, and there are differences between people of different ethnic groups. We have to use a different ‘normal range’ for black, caucasian and asian people. Black people tend to have higher bone density followed by caucasians, with asians having the lowest.
