Yes. If you top-up using the same top-up card number over 6 attempts, your top-up card will be suspended on the 7th attempt. Once your top-up card is suspended, your top-up card will no longer be valid. You will receive a message on your mobile phone “Sorry, your top-up card has been suspended as you have exceeded the number of tries.
