Hard copy manuscripts cannot be accepted at this time, or foreign manuscripts as we only distribute in the United States. Also Beaver Publications reserves the right to reject any manuscript for reasons including, but not limited to, poor quality, highly technical subject matter, or manuscripts that are libelous, defamatory, pornographic, or promote hate crimes.
