Are there any magic items that have been entirely omitted from the Zelda d20 Campaign Setting (for whatever reason)?
Virtually all the magic items can be found in Zelda with a little modification. However, magic items are rare, and the party should expect to have to explore an entire dungeon to recover even a single magic item. This is significantly different from D&D, and may groups may not enjoy a game where they go through such hard work for a Wand of Magic Missiles, especially if it only has 12 charges or so!
