No. Although we do require our clients to sign a form acknowledging our policies, there is no long-term commitment required. Clients may cancel scheduled appointments by 7pm on the day prior to the scheduled session at no charge.

There is absolutely no long-term commitment requirement whatsoever. Whether you decide to receive tutoring for a single hour or for many hours is entirely up to you. Longer-term prepaid packages are non-refundable however.

No. We do however require a 5-hour minimum purchase which helps to ensure that your child is allowed adequate time and exposure to the concepts that he or she is struggling with. Do you have a guarantee? Of course. We guarantee that your child’s grade will reflect marked improvement (please call for details). In addition, if you are unsatisfied in any way with the tutoring your child receives, that session will be free. As always, we are committed to your child’s success.
