Answer Hi Jessie, For your day trip I would recommend you to go by road from Gurgaon. There are local travel agencies that do operate on the route however I would recommend that you take a car from the hotel where u stay and also start early (around 5:00am) If you are coming between now and august, the weather is going to be quiet hot and Agra is equal or more hot than delhi, so I would recommend bringing some shades, sunscreen and carry your own bottled water on your trip to Agra, u can ofcourse get all this there but u dont want to spend any time on that. When u r at agra, be vary of the fact that bargaining is a norm so try ur hand at that. If you try to make the trip on a saturday then it would be a good option to stay there till dusk as the view of a setting sun besides the Taj Mahal is beautiful so then u can start back in the evening and be back in Gurgaon late in the night.
