Are there any limits to the spacing of the JointLOCK connections, or allowable distance to an edge of the concrete wall?

There are no minimum spacing limitations on JointLOCK connections, and distance to the edge of a concrete section is determined by minimum concrete cover. The JointLOCK System’s Hook Bar wall anchorage has a double loop configuration that is not subject to shear cone pullout or rupture of the concrete. A reinforcement cog or hook embedded in concrete produces a lateral force in the concrete but does not cause the shear cone failure. Concrete slip resistance testing shows the Hook Bar does not slip or creep at the ultimate tensile loads, and therefore no movement occurs in the connection at the joint.
