Are there any limits on what the KOOLMD.COM consulting physician can prescribe?
Currently KOOLMD.COM physicians prescribe only non-controlled medications. For instance antibiotics, antihistamines, maintenance medications, or simple pain medications. For reasons of patient safety DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) controlled scheduled medications and substances are not prescribed as there is a greater risk of harm to a patient, with abuse potential.
