Yes, To qualify for the Free WebMail service offered by SPIV Technologies Group VOICEGATEWAY.COM you must have a domain or subdomain actively hosted on our servers. In addition, our Free WebMail plan does not include regular POP3 or SMTP E-Mail service only the WebMail option. (You may always upgrade an existing hosting plan if you wish to have both POP3/SMTP E-Mail and WebMail as a paid service.
