BuyerID Index cannot be used as a factor in establishing a prospective customer’s eligibility for credit. It can solely be used to help you verify the identity of an applicant in order to prevent fraud or identity theft. You may only use BuyerID Index for internal business purposes, and you may not disclose it to any third parties except to the extent required by law.
