Its not the software that illegal, its what you use it to download! If you are downloading copyrighted materials using *any* p2p program without paying for them then that is piracy. Either buy the music legally from a download site, risk it and carry on downloading regardless, or download music that isnt copyrighted or is free like unsigned artists.
