Are there any known side effects from using colloidal silver?
There is no recorded side effect in medical literature from the use of colloidal silver. Additionally there has never been a recorded case of a drug interaction. It is non-addicting, the body does not build up a tolerance to it, and studies seem to show that colloidal silver is not deposited under the skin like other compounds that may cause grey skin (Argyria). However, being an antibiotic substance, a reaction can rarely occur, which is well-known from chemical antibiotics as well to occur the Herx reaction, which is a harmless, temporary flu like condition, resulting from massive die-off of pathogens.
