Are there any known problems with Hamster HushTM?

0

Yes. Hamsters kick up a fair amount of dust. Some dust invariably settles on the Hamster HushTM vegetable oil when used on exposed surfaces (like on metal wheels). This can lead to a collection of dirty vegetable oil on the surface, which some my find asthetically displeasing. If washed regularly this collection shouldn’t be a problem and should easily wash off with soap and water. If left to collect it can be difficult to remove. Also, while Hamster HushTM has been used seemingly successfully in some other applications (such as a drilling lubricant) it does not perform well in cold temperatures (so don’t use it on outdoor padlocks, etc.).
