Are there any known issues causing Bing Videos to not work in internet Explorer 8?

For some strange reason whenever I use Internet Explorer 8 as my web browser Bing videos will not load, nor will they play. However when this happens, nothing pops up saying I need to install this or that in order to make the videos work. I never had a problem when I watched videos on MSN but now it seems all fingers are pointed at Bing for these issues. So I am wondering if this is a commonly reported issue, and if so what steps can I take in order to get it resolved.
