Yes, the Home, End, PgUp and PgDn keys work the same as in a Microsoft Word document. The key combinations of Ctrl-Home and Ctrl-End also work the same as in a Word document. Furthermore, on the Fusion, you can turn “Keyboard Repeat” on or off just by pressing the Alt-R combination.
