Absolutely they do but the jewelers don’t know it because they buy the stones from wholesale providers which provide the Kimberly certificates along with the cut stones. The wholesalers have a scam going and they have no morals whatsoever and the diamond industry is absolutely the most immoral and corrupt group of thugs over and above any other thugs in any other industry. They will cut their own mother’s throats in order to get stones. Most of these wholesalers are centered in Israel, New York, Belgium parts of Indian and Russia and they are wicked. These guys have close relations with people on the inside of the Kimberly offices in each country which have diamond mining and the employees in the Kimberly offices take pay offs to issue certificates to launder the stones. With a Kimberly certificate, this allows the wholesaler to export the stones out of these countries. This is just the fact.
