This file is installed during a typical install of Microsoft Office 97 or later. Solution: Run a typical or standard install Microsoft Office 97 or greater. • “TMSD5.bpl file is linked to missing entry point wininet.dll:httpsendrequestexa” error during the install of CMS. What causes this? Cause: This is caused by an outdated (older) version of the wininet.dll file. Solution: Internet Explorer V.4.72 is the oldest working version to be tested with CMS. If you’re running a newer version of Internet Exploer and still get this error the file was probably replaced by another program.
