Are there any issues installing TA under Vista?
To date, we have only had one reported issue with TA installing on a Vista machine. Due to the fact that TA uses a 3rd party licensing tool (Nalpeiron) that installs a Windows Service it is import that you install TA with full admin privileges. Note: This only has to be done during the install, TA will run in non Admin accounts. Please use the following method to ensure that TA installs with the correct privileges on a Vista machine: • Download the setup file as normal. • Install TA by right clicking on the setup file • Select ‘Run as Administrator’ option • Follow all on-screen prompts as needed. Using this method, TA should install correctly on Vista. Should you have any issues, please contact us accordingly, we will be happy to help.
