Are there any isolates or animal ingredients in Ayala Moriel Parfums?
Ayala Moriel Parfums does not use isolates, and uses only select animal-originated aromatics: unbleached beeswax in all of our solid perfume, and honey absolute, beach-harvested ambergris (when this is available and is ethically harvested without killing any whales) and hyraceum (African Stone tincture, from the fossilized droppings of the Rock Hyrax – a small African Mammal which is harvested from their habitat without hurting or distrupting the animals) in several of our perfumes. These ingredients are listed on our perfume description so that you can make an informed decision about the perfumes you choose to buy and wear. When we list “musk” in our notes it is not from the endangered muskdeer, but rather a vegetal musk – Ambrette seed (reminiscent of “whitemusk”), or a compound made of several musky botanical essences.
