Are there any investors that would like to invest in a construction and real estate startup company?
I want to start up my own business and need help. I have a business plan and have a very qualified management team. However, I lack the funds needed and I am having a hard time obtaining them. I am looking for an investor or group of investors that are interested in funding the start up of a real estate investment company that also performs various construction services within the commercial and residential spectrum. A: This is not the place to actually find investors. You’ll find plenty of scammers though. How about going to a bank. If you have a business plan and a quality team then it shouldn’t be a particuarly big problem. Additionally you can search out some venture capitalists.
