A. Yes. In addition to the compensation and allowances mentioned above, the agreed RP also includes the design and implementation of suitable income restoration programs for severely affected and vulnerable households. Implementation of the Income Restoration Program (IRP) started only for the Southern Line in June 2010. The Government has yet to engage and pay for an agency to develop and manage the income restoration program in the other sections.
