Income eligibility requirements exist with respect to SSI claims only. The amount of financial resources a claimant may possess could limit him or her from collecting. No limits exist, however, with respect to SSDI claims. So long as the claimant has worked the necessary quarters, there can be no denial for the resources they may possess.
