The Domus Homes process is transparent and at arms length with its consultants and contractors, thus eliminating any conflicts of interest where your interests are concerned. 15. Who pays for additional consultants like civil, structural, services and geotechnical engineers, landscape architect, perspective artist, planner, private certifier and Council fees etc. required for Development Approval, Construction Certificate, construction documentation and input during construction? The client pays for all additional consultants required who are engaged and managed by Domus Homes on behalf of the client, as well as any statutory charges.
