Are there any hidden costs with ISN IP Fone?
No. When you sign up for service, you will pay a one-time activation of $25.00 plus the first month’s service charge. In addition, you pay a one-time $9.95 fee for domestic shipping and handling or $50.00 for international shipping. We charge 3% Federal Excise Tax on all service charges and 7% state tax on service in Florida only for your Phone Adaptor. We also charge a Regulatory Recovery Fee of 99c per phone number in your account. If you select the Residential Premium Unlimited Plan, all calls within the United States are included in your monthly service charge, except Directory Assistance which costs 99¢ per call. International calls are billed on a per minute basis. If you select the Residential Unlimited Local Plan, you receive unlimited regional calling and 500 long distance minutes to call anywhere in the US. Any minutes over 500 are billed at 3.9¢ per minute.
