Absolutely not. There are no maintenance fees, software licensing fees, or software upgrade fees for the ABS Practice Management System. Our Licensee package is complete, and your License is a Lifetime License. Any additional value-added features you choose to add to the standard System sometime in the future, as you grow, are completely optional.
