Really there are no healthy fast food places. Don’t listen to people who try to tell you that Chipotle or Panera are “healthy”, because I’ve worked at both, and they’re not. It’s just their marketing scheme to make you think that they are. Many sandwiches at P-Bread hover around the 1,000 calorie mark. A Cinnamon Crunch bagel is really a donut in disguise. That “bagel” all by itself with no cream cheese is still 550 calories. And I’ve seen people eat 2 with cream cheese… that’s 1400 calories! The healthiest thing at Panera is the Garden Vegetable Soup. It’s only 100 calories and has (relatively) lots of vitamins. If you must eat Chipotle definitely skip the rice. If you are really curious/concerned ask to see the nutritional info at the store and they will gladly provide you with that.
