Are there any health risks associated with the powerlines?
Scientific studies conducted over the past 25 years on the affects of electric magnetic fields (EMF) have shown no effects on food crops or livestock. This power line is essentially the same as the one that runs up and down the east coast of Queensland and in many other parts of Australia. In fact Australia has up to 500kV power lines, this power line is expected to be in the order of 330kV.
