Yes, the common guidelines are: • MORHA promotes academic excellence and therefore, anyone wishing to bid for an award or a MORHA Executive Board position must submit a letter of good academic standing with their bid. This letter can be from any University of College official having access to academic records. In order to be eligible for an award or position, you must have at least a 2.0 Cumulative GPA, on a 4.0 scale. • Any MORHA Executive Board member that is nominated for an award will be immediately disregarded, and will not be eligible. • All bids are to be typewritten. • The Focus on Diversity Award and the Commitment to Philanthropy is limited to 10 pages including cover and essay • All award bids are to be year specific (From the close of MORHA conference to the close of MORHA conference). • If bids are not submitted in a particular category, there will not be a recipient that year. • The MORHA Executive Board reserves the right to disqualify or not consider a submitted bid. •
