Are there any guarantees or warranties on the stones sold by Hahana Stone Massage?
A. Yes. All natural stones have a lifetime guarantee against chipping/breakage (during normal use) – if one of your natural stones should break due to being dropped, then it we will gladly replace it. Being such strong stones, it is highly unlikely that you will ever break one, even by dropping it on tiled or concrete floors. Our hand-carved stones are guaranteed to be free to defects in workmanship at the time of purchase but are not covered by our lifetime guarantee. Having said this, they are still a very strong and durable stone.
