Are there any guarantees for late delivery of the Villas and Ryads?
In the case of late delivery and in the absence of an agreed extension to this time frame, the purchaser may charge a penalty of 1% per month withheld on any sum owing to the Developer, provided this does not exceed 10% per annum. This penalty may only be charged from one month after the notification of a summons addressed to the Developer, by registered letter with an acknowledgement of receipt.
