Are there any guarantees associated with placements?
No. There are no placement guarantees for candidates placed through the agency referral program. Because these are reduced fee placements, firms are not required to provide money-back or replacement guarantees. However, HotGigs doesn’t invoice clients for placed candidates until after they start work, and clients have a 30 day invoicing term for any referral fee. If for any reason the candidates don’t work out prior to the client paying the fee – then they are not required to pay the referral fee.
