Are there any good permanent hair dyes that come in bright colours (eg, electric blue, etc)?
The colors in the salons are semi permanent too arent they? Whenver i got my hair done it was. Heres a tip to make it last longer though. If you have dark hair you have to bleach it first. DO NOT bleach it white. Bleach it untill is orange. You need to have some color already on there if you want the new color to stick. No matter what you do bright colors (red and blue and such) will fade. I always kept a tub of semipermanent at home whrn i needed a touch up. Rinse your hair in cold water EVERY TIME you wash it to help hold the color in. Do not use deep cleansing shampoos. Get one for colored hair. You can always go to a hair school if you are willing to trust your hair in the hands of students. Some of them are brilliant and some not so good. Just remember they have an instructor to fix the mistakes if there happens to be a mistake. It will end up costing you ALOT less than in a salon and more often then not you still come out with professional results. Good luck.
