Are there any good ab exercises you can do while standing?
Many of the abs exercises you do on the floor you can also do as a standing ab exercise. Like the crunch. Instead of laying down on the floor you would just stand up, place your hands by your head and then contract your ab muscles as you bend over slightly into a crunch. This goes for oblique crunches, crunching to the side as you stand up. However some abs exercises are done best on the floor.
