Are there any glass bottles that fit Avent nipples?

OK, the title pretty much says it all I would like to switch my son away from his Avent bottles (because of BPA) but would like to keep the same nipples (to not make it harder on him). The glass bottles I have seen look like they have small tops – too small for the avent nipples.
