Are there any geographic restrictions associated with any of the available services?
The only resource available through LATMAP that contains any geographic restriction is the HUD Teacher Next Door program. HUD homes available to teachers for purchase have to be located in HUD-designated revitalization areas in Los Angeles. The remainder of the services available through LATMAP extends anywhere in California.
