The FCC is currently setting up a site (ftp.fcc.gov) for anonymous FTP of daily reports, transcripts, and many other things on cable, radio, television, telephone, and everything else that the FCC deals with. You should first get the README file which tells how the files are stored. For more information on anonymous FTP, see your local network administrator or your BBS’s sysop. This service is also available via gopher. All you need to do is gopher to ftp.fcc.gov port 70.
