Are there any free wireless providers available, like Linksys?
Linksys isn’t a free wireless provider, they make networking equipment like routers which may or may not have wireless capabilities. The only free wireless connection that you are going to get will be an unsecured connection off of someone’s home router that they have left unsecured, or if you’re lucky enough to live in a city that has a free wi-fi network. If either of these are the case, your computer will automatically detect them and allow you to connect. If not, then you do not have any free wireless at that spot. Understand that when you pick up unsecured wireless signals, you are probably leeching off of someone else’s internet connection.
