AVG free, its excellent, stops adware, malware and spyware all in one, ive used AVG for at least 8yrs and its always stopped anything before its gotten in, also, good program to keep ur system clean CCleaner, its also free, gets rid of all ur cookies that u thought ud got rid of and all the sneaky stuff too, AVG also has automatic updates which are also free so its always updated
