Are there any free text fields in Medgate?
There are four free text fields in Medgate. They are Physicians, Allergies, Lot Numbers and Medications; an easy way to remember these is PALM. When Physicians, Allergies, or Medications are added in the free text field they are not added to the drop down list. However, Lot Numbers entered as free text will appear in the drop down list. The Physicians free text field is found in the Demographics Module, Contacts section.
