Are there any free programs for converting power point presentations to flash videos with narration?

I would like to be able to narrate a power point presentation and then convert it to a flash video. For my application, I will use this very rarely so I would hate to spend money on a program I will rarely use or utilize. It seems like this would be an easy to make program so I would imagine there has to be some free software out there somewhere.
