Are there any follow-up programmes for the participants to ensure continuous improvement?
Based on the need of the participants of earlier programmes, we have structured one of the most successful methodologies to ensure continual improvement of the participants. This is in the form of a mutual benefit association called the Global Citizens Forum. We have initiated one community club in Bangalore, and two college clubs in Bangalore. The mission of the GCF is to give members the tools and techniques to be successful anywhere on the planet. Focus is on communication skills at the public and the interpersonal levels, and on holistic development of the success paradigm. It is a continuous learning forum, and meetings are held on a weekly basis, for two hours at a time.
