Are there any firm plans to use SRPE for position/promotion selections other than board select?
No firm plans at this time. Over the next few years, SRPEs will only be used for selection boards for key leadership positions (KLPs)(currently Project/Product Managers; however, we expect, within two years to include some very senior level positions as a result of the DAWIA II Implementation – we’re currently waiting implementation guidance ). At some point when the SRPE is well established, it is envisioned that the SRPE will be used for selections for CAPs and KLPs.
