While there are not any size restrictions in regards to media files (so long as you do not surpass the media storage limits for your account level), DialedIn’s system supports images that have been created in a .gif, .jpg or .png file format, videos in a .wmv, .mov or .avi format, audio in MP3 format and attachments in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, .pdf, or zip format.
