Are there any fees to become appointed with Presidential Life?
Yes, Presidential requires that the appropriate state appointment fee be submitted for both resident and non-resident agent appointments. These fees are set by the states, not by Presidential Life. You can download the current state appointment fees listing (Form Name: AppointmentFees ) from the ‘Frequently Used Forms’ tab on the Agent Resource Center forms tool (click here).
