Use of the card at approved ATMs and purchases, online or in person, as well as customer service via web, email or text message are all free. There are fees for using the card at non-approved ATMs, for balance inquiries at non-approved ATMs, for lost or stolen card replacement and for certain kinds of customer service transactions.
